Firearms, Ammunition & Watches
1. Compliance with Federal and State Law
All firearms and ammunition offered in this auction are sold subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By registering for and participating in this auction, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for complying with all such laws, including those governing the purchase, transfer, possession, and transportation of firearms and ammunition. The auctioneer makes no representation regarding the legality of any item in the bidder’s jurisdiction, and bidders are solely responsible for determining whether an item is lawful to purchase or possess where they reside.

2. Age Requirements
Bidders purchasing firearms or ammunition must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Certain firearms may require purchasers to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older depending on applicable law and the policies of the transferring Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”).
By placing a bid on any firearm or ammunition lot, the bidder represents and warrants that they meet the applicable age requirements.

3. Legal Eligibility
By bidding on firearms or ammunition, bidders represent and warrant that they are not prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or owning firearms under federal, state, or local law.

4. Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) Transfer Requirement
All firearms purchased in this auction must be transferred to our designated Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) to the buyers requested FFL in accordance with federal law.
Firearms will not be released directly to purchasers unless the purchaser is a licensed FFL and provides appropriate documentation.
The purchaser is responsible for:
• Arranging transfer through our designated FFL to their designated FFL
• Paying all applicable FFL transfer fees
• Paying all background check fees
• Paying all shipping, handling, and insurance costs

The auctioneer may designate a preferred or local FFL for transfers, but the purchaser may coordinate with another FFL subject to approval.
The following fees are the buyer’s responsibility:
Local transfer fee is $25.00 for the first purchase and if the same buyer purchases more than one, any additional will be $20.00 each. Additionally, there is a $5.00 fee for the background check. If more than one firearm is purchased the $5.00 background fee is good for all.
Shipping: Handguns are $35.00
Long guns are $50.00
This is for the lower 48 only. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska to be determined.
Shipping is to a verified FFL only (No Exceptions).
**Air rifles, black powder and antiques may ship directly to the buyer and no background check is required.

5. Background Check Requirements
All firearm purchasers must complete any required federal and state paperwork and successfully pass the background check conducted by the transferring FFL before taking possession of the firearm.
If the purchaser:
• Fails the background check
• Is denied by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)
• Refuses to complete the required paperwork
• Is otherwise unable to lawfully receive the firearm

then the sale may be cancelled at the discretion of the auctioneer, and the purchaser may be subject to forfeiture of the purchase price and/or buyer’s premium, administrative fees, or resale of the firearm.


6. Interstate Purchasers
Purchasers who reside outside the State of Florida must have firearms shipped to a licensed FFL in their state of residence for transfer in compliance with federal law.
The buyer is responsible for:
• Identifying a receiving FFL
• Ensuring the receiving FFL will accept the shipment
• Providing the receiving FFL’s license information


7. Ammunition Sales
Ammunition purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Certain jurisdictions restrict the shipment or possession of ammunition. Buyers are responsible for ensuring ammunition purchases are legal in their jurisdiction prior to bidding. The auctioneer reserves the right to decline shipment of ammunition to jurisdictions where such shipment is restricted or prohibited.

8. Magazine Capacity and Restricted Items
Certain items, including but not limited to high-capacity magazines, firearm accessories, or specific firearm configurations, may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. Buyers are responsible for determining whether such items are legal in their state or locality before bidding. Items that cannot be legally transferred to a purchaser may be withheld, cancelled, or resold without refund.

9. Shipping and Handling
Firearms will only be shipped between licensed FFL dealers in compliance with federal law.
All shipping arrangements must comply with:
• Federal firearms regulations
• Carrier requirements
• Insurance requirements
Shipping costs, insurance, packaging, and transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

10. Storage and Pickup Deadlines
All firearms must be transferred or shipped within the timeframe specified by the auctioneer. Firearms that are not transferred or shipped within the stated timeframe may be subject to:
• Storage fees
• Transfer to a designated FFL
• Resale of the firearm
Any resulting costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.


11. Failure to Complete Transfer
If a purchaser fails to complete the lawful transfer of a firearm for any reason, including:
• Failure of background check
• Failure to provide FFL information
• Failure to pay transfer or shipping fees
• Failure to comply with applicable law

the auctioneer may, at its sole discretion:
• Cancel the sale
• Retain deposits or buyer’s premiums
• Re-offer the firearm for sale


12. Condition of Firearms
All firearms are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to safety, operability, or fitness for use.
The auctioneer makes no representation regarding the condition or functionality of any firearm. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are encouraged to inspect firearms prior to bidding.

13. Liability Disclaimer
By participating in the auction, bidders agree to release and hold harmless the auctioneer, the seller, and their agents from any liability arising from the purchase, transfer, possession, storage, or use of any firearm or ammunition purchased. The buyer assumes all responsibility for safe handling and lawful ownership.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By registering to bid or placing a bid on any firearm or ammunition lot, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Firearms & Ammunition Auction Terms and Conditions.
